It's over!

I never watched survivor before, so after this season I think I am going to start watching it. It was entertaining to watch. These people went through very hard emotional and physical problems. I think this show is good to watch for psychology because you watch these people go through so many rough times. I liked the reunion show, it was cool to see how everyone reacted to seeing each other.

Finale

I was surprised when I heard Natalie won. I really thought Russell was going to win. Most of the jury were against Russell. Shambo was very harsh i think. Eric's speech about Natalie was cute and i didn't expect him to say that about anyone. I don't think Natalie deserved to win stratigically but she was very well liked by everyone. I would have voted for Russell because he dominated the whole game.

Final Five

I think Natalie and Brett are really good friends. I think it is going to be very hard for her when it comes down to the final five because of her friendship with Brett and her loyalty to Russell and the rest of Foa Foa. What Shambo said was nice. I think in the end if it comes down to Russell and Brett, Shambo would vote for Russell or any Foa Foa member.

Moral Dilemna

I think it is hard to make real friendships in this game because in the end it is only going to down to one person. So you have to think about what is best for you in the game and not for other people. I think it would be so hard to vote off someone who I became close with. In this game, if you break a promise, it will most likely catch up to you the next week. If you do something to make someone else mad (Russell), then you put yourself in a bad position to go home. I think you have to do what you have to do to get yourself ahead in the game, but you should think hard about it before making a decision.

It's a merge

I think the merge is going to make a huge difference in the game. Now they all have to form trust with other members of the tribe. Foa Foa are the underdogs in Aiga because they are coming in with only 4 team members, so they are most likely going home first. Now it's like every man for themselves because everyone is competing against each other for the individual immunity idol. I don't think Russell should have used the immunity idol because now people are catching on to his ways. Next week he is going to have to challenge himself to get the individual idol.

Intelligence

I think intelligence is necessary in this game because you need to be able to get everyone on your side. If everyone is on your side, you have a very good chance of winning or at least making it to the end. You have to be able to know who to trust and who not to trust. You have to have good instinct. I think right now Russell is the most intelligent player on the tribe.

Russell Hantz true colors

Russell Hantz is definately an orange. He's always trying to take control of the tribe. He's very competitive. For example, the first episode he already started alliances with his team mates. He found the hidden immunity without any clues. When it comes time to vote a member off, it always seems to go his way. This is because Russell convinces everyone his choice is the best way to go. He's a very big risk taker and always seems to get his way.

I think it was stupid for Shambo to share the clues with Eric. Now Eric has the immunity idol, when she could have had it for herself. It was thoughtful of Shambo but stupid at the same time.

Defense Mechanisms

Contestant Ben is in denial. He doesn't think he is ignorant but he is very ignorant and rude. He is always yelling at other people for things they do because he thinks his way is always right. He fights with everyone. Contestant Russell dislikes him very much. He says Ben has a lot of racial slurs. For example, when Yasmine was a guest at Foa Foa, he called her "ghetto trash." At the tribe meeting, Russell brings that incident up. Russell thinks that saying was very racial, but Ben says it wasn't racial. Ben called her "ghetto trash" because of the way she talks and where he grew up. In my opinion that sounds very racial to me.

Tame that ID or you're going home

In the first episode of survivor, Russell decided to take Jaison's socks and empty out all the water bottles. The ID would tell Russell to forget about the other players and do what you have to do to win the game. The superego would tell him to be a good team mate and don't do anything that would prevent them from winning. Russell went with his ID and did the bad thing. In the challenge for episode two, Jeff says to eliminate the cheap shots. Whoever didn't listen to this rule would be removed from the challenge. After this was said, Ben from foa foa intentionally tripped someone from the other tribe. The ID was saying "just trip him it will help you win." The superego would tell him to find another way to win so he wouldn't get kicked out of the challenge. Ben listens to his ID also.  Shambu was supposed to be catching fish for the rest of her tribe, but instead she was swimming and bathing. The ID was telling her to think about herself and take a swim to relax. The superego was saying "your tribe is hungry, catch some fish and go for a swim later on in your free time." Shambu also listened to her ID.

Second Impression

My opinion for my contestant, Russell, didn't change at all. I still think he has a really good chance of winning. In the first episode he completely lied about his career and where he lives. I think we judge people quickly because it is easy just to look at someone and pick something out about them, for example a big guy would be described as strong. I liked watching survivor in here, and i think it is a good show to watch in psychology because we can evaluate their behaviors during the time when they are on the island.

First Impressions

I think my contestant has a pretty good chance of winning. I have Russell. He's a big guy which means he's probably strong. His bio says he is 200 pounds of pure mussel.
